Caravan park in the heart of North Wales

At Forways Caravan Park, we understand that you may have questions about our park, facilities, and holiday home ownership. Whether you’re wondering about site fees, pet policies, or park rules, we’ve got you covered. Our family-friendly park is located in the heart of Towyn, North Wales, just a short walk from local attractions, sandy beaches, and entertainment. Below, we’ve answered some of the most common questions to help you plan your stay or make an informed decision about owning a holiday home with us.   • Site fees: These cover your plot
  • Utility bills:Gas and electricity are metered and invoiced every quarter. Water is charged once a year in October. 
  • Insurance:To protect your holiday home, you’ll need specialist caravan insurance. We’re here to help you find the right cover.
  • Upkeep of your caravan: It is your responsibility to keep the outside of your caravan area tidy.
  • Winter drain-down service: At the end of the season, we drain your caravan’s water system to prevent frost damage (this is included in your site fees).
  • Gas safety check:An annual inspection is required to ensure your gas system is compliant and in safe working order (this is included in your site fees).
  • Electrical inspection: It is recommended that you have an up to date electrical certificate, which is valid for 3 years. 
  • Wi-Fi installation: Internet access is available for an additional charge. Visit our office to find out how to get your caravan connected.

Our season runs for 10½ months, opening on March 1st and closing on January 15th.

No, holiday homes are for leisure use only and cannot be used as a full-time residence. We request proof of your permanent home address (council tax invoice).

Yes, but only owners are permitted to bring dogs. Please note:

  • They must be kept on a lead at all times.
  • Exercising dogs within the park is not permitted.

No, subletting is not permitted on our park.

Yes! Our park is perfectly situated within walking distance of everything Towyn has to offer. Shops are just a short stroll from the entrance, and with a main bus route nearby, exploring seaside towns like Rhyl and Llandudno couldn’t be easier.
